Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure waste water and waste disposal operations, functions and compliance.
- Ensure waste water reporting requirements, obtain regulatory approval, evaluate and implement strategies to meet regulatory requirements.
- Develop procedures used throughout the company to maintain, improve, and perpetuate all waste water treatment functions.
- Develop, install, and maintain waste water treatment equipment as well as minimize pollution prevention programs.
- Keep senior management informed of all waste water treatment functions/procedures, applicable issues, significant changes in regulations.
- Direct employees in wastewater treatment and waste disposal operations.
- Supervise and manage all department employee functions including performance, behavior, time and attendance, progressive discipline, training, coaching, mentoring and hold employees accountable for all company, site and department HR and safety expectations.
- Coordinate waste stream classification, waste handling and disposal, and proper documentation generation and recordkeeping.
- Perform inspections, maintain inspection records and generate reports for wastewater and pollution control equipment and hazardous waste.
- Ensure proper operation of plant water treatment equipment.
- Member of the Environmental Management Team and provide support for ISO
14001 compliance. - Complete monthly SPCC inspections; participate in periodic reviews of the SPCC program and revise as necessary.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as directed by the management team.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or 10+ years of experience in waste water treatment facility processes, procedures and functions, or a combination of education and experience.
- Experience in the printed circuit board industry or the chemical industry is preferred.
- Primarily 1st shift, but weekend and off‑shift work may be required.

- Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC.
- Identify ITAR products on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to U.S. Citizens and U.S. Permanent Residents.
- Recognize foreign person visitors by badge differentiation.
- Understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL).
- Understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the U.S.
- Manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
