B.H. Inc. is looking to hire a full‑time licensed professional land surveyor to oversee the survey efforts of field crews, survey techs, crew chiefs, etc. for survey work performed within BHI. The surveyor will also review, sign, and stamp all required documents to meet project requirements – boundary surveys, legal descriptions, ROWs, easement descriptions, as‑built certifications, field notes, and survey reporting – and train field crews on proper use of survey equipment, survey methods, data collection techniques, and control setup.

The surveyor will oversee drafted survey plats, review and oversee survey reporting, and ensure accurate survey outcomes.

Earn $100,000 to $170,000 per year (DOE), paid weekly. Benefits include health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401(k) plan with a match, and paid time off (PTO).

• Professional Land Surveyor license in one or more states.
• Ability to obtain licensing in states where BHI operates regularly.
• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in a survey‑related field accepted by state licensing boards.
• Good communication skills.
• 5–10 years of experience in a related field.
