As an Event Coordinator, you are a vital link between us and our clients who reach out to schedule and plan events. Using your excellent customer service skills, you establish contact with clients, work with them to identify their needs, and once they settle on a plan, you ensure that needed materials are scheduled, delivered on time, and ready to go.

A strong team player, you coordinate with different teams to ensure everything is handled. When the big day arrives, everything flows seamlessly thanks to your organizational abilities and foresight. You find great satisfaction in seeing how much the participants enjoy every moment you skillfully prepare.

We're seeking an outgoing individual who enjoys connecting with people and interacting with the public on a regular basis. As well as:

• 21 years or older
• A food handlers and alcohol permit
• Basic computer skills
• Comfortable working with audio/visual equipment
• Problem solving skills
