*** About the Role
*** We're looking for compassionate, enthusiastic, qualified Community Care Workers. Bring your compassion and skills to our team in a role where even the small things you do make a difference. You will work one on one with clients in their home and community supporting their confidence to live independently as they choose!

As a Care Worker you will complete activities that include:

* ** Rocklea, Beaudesert and Logan and Surrounds
*** In home personal care, daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry & ironing
* Providing care in accordance with Clients Care Plan
* Support with Social and community engagement
* Assistance with transport of clients for shopping and appointments
** What makes a difference for us:
*** Certificate III in Individual Support or similar
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Proof of comprehensively insured and registered motor vehicle
* Current Driver’s Licence and willingness to drive in the course of work.
