Certified Nursing Assistant

Active CNA Certification Required

We are hiring a Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with an active CNA certification to provide home health care for patients in Logan, Tremonton, and Brigham City, Utah. This role offers consistent part-time hours with one-on-one patient care in the home setting.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will also observe patient conditions, report changes, and document care provided.

• Part-time: 24 hours per week
• Pay: $16–$18 per hour

• Assist with ADLs and personal care needs
• Observe and report changes in patient condition
• Follow established care plans and safety guidelines
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with nurses and care team

• Active CNA certification (required)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently in patient homes
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Home health experience preferred, but not required
