Utah State University Extension's Expanded Food & Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) is seeking two qualified individuals to work part-time (20 hours per week) in Salt Lake, Davis, Weber or Utah County. Training and teaching materials will be provided.
Responsibilities- Teaching nutrition and cooking skills to limited income families and youth.
- Adhere to the University Travel and Driving Policies; mileage reimbursed.
- Work flexible hours throughout the week.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of nutrition and food preparation.
- Willingness to learn, work well with people, keep records and produce reports.
- Internet access and basic computer skills.
- Willingness to obtain Food Handler's permit within one month of hire.
- Reliable transportation to meet clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
