Chrysalis of Ogden, UT offers a part-time opportunity to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). We provide on-the-job training and pay during certification, with 40-hour ABA training paid at $15.75/hour, rising to $17.50/hour after certification, and up to $19.25/hour for experienced RBTs.
Responsibilities include helping children with autism at home or in our clinic under supervision, implementing instructional programs, collecting data, and maintaining notes with the Behavior Analyst.
