- Logan is seeking a certified Nursing Assistant to provide custodial and personal care to clients in their homes, under the supervision of an RN and according to each Plan of Care.
Duties include maintaining a clean, safe home environment, assisting with mobility, personal hygiene, nutrition, and medication support as guided by the RN, and reporting changes to the nurse.
