General Manager – Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham - Logan, Utah

Days Inn & Suites Logan is looking for a General Manager to lead the hotel and build a strong, stable team. You will run the operation day to day, hire, train, and hold standards across the property. In a competitive labor market, success depends on your ability to recruit well, develop people, and stay close to the team. This is a hands‑on role for someone who takes ownership, sets the tone, and drives results.

• Lead daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient hotel management.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team to foster a positive work environment.
• Implement and uphold high standards of service to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Develop strategic plans to optimize hotel performance and achieve financial goals.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure seamless coordination across all functions.
• Monitor and analyze market trends to maintain a competitive edge in the hospitality industry.
• Oversee budget management, ensuring cost‑effective operations without compromising quality standards.

• You have experience running or supporting a hotel operation and understand what it takes to keep a property stable.
• You are hands‑on, comfortable hiring, training, and holding a team accountable, and you stay organized under pressure to make timely decisions.
• You understand guest service, labor control, and day‑to‑day hotel operations, and you are willing to work a flexible schedule.
• Experience in limited service hotels is preferred. Wyndham experience is a plus.

$60,000 – $70,000 yearly.
