As a Human Resources Advisor, you’ll provide expert HR guidance and operational support, enabling leaders to manage people effectively and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

• Provide high-quality HR advice on performance, conduct, and employee relations
• Support leaders in managing health and wellbeing cases, return‑to‑work plans, and compliance
• Deliver coaching and education to build leader capability and confidence
• Facilitate
  
  HR initiatives, policy rollouts, and organisational change projects
• Ensure consistent application and continuous improvement of HR processes
• This is a 6-month fixed term contract

You’re a proactive HR professional with strong relationship‑building skills and a passion for enabling people and culture. You thrive in dynamic environments and bring a solutions‑focused mindset.

• Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in HR advisory or generalist roles
• Strong understanding of contemporary HR practices and employment legislation
• Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle sensitive matters with discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
