Starting Pay: $18–$24 per hour (DOE)
HR Coordinator (Part-Time) — Onsite role supporting day-to-day Human Resources and safety administration. Ideal for a current college student or early-career professional seeking hands-on HR experience. Current Utah State University students are encouraged to apply. This position focuses on administrative HR support, onboarding coordination, training tracking, and safety documentation — not full HR generalist responsibilities.
Responsibilities- HR Support
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and personnel files
- Support benefits enrollment administration
- Help track timekeeping and payroll changes
- Respond to routine employee HR questions
- Assist with HRIS data entry and record accuracy
- Recruiting & Training Support
- Schedule interviews and assist with candidate communications
- Help coordinate new hire paperwork and orientation
- Track training completion and maintain compliance records
- Safety & Compliance Support
- Assist with maintaining OSHA logs and safety documentation
- Help coordinate monthly safety meetings and training tracking
- Maintain required compliance files and certifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Interest in HR and workplace safety administration
- No prior HR experience required — we are willing to train the right candidate
