Talent Acquisition Specialist

iWorQ and Text My Gov  are growing, and we're looking for a driven, results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to help us attract and hire top talent across the organization, with a strong focus on building and scaling our Sales Team.

This is an ideal opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys proactively sourcing candidates, and takes ownership of the hiring process from outreach through onboarding. We are looking for a self-starter who understands that successful recruiting is about building relationships, creating pipelines, and consistently delivering quality hires.

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for sales and other business-critical positions
• Conduct daily candidate outreach using multiple recruiting platforms, including Linked In, Indeed, job boards, social media, networking groups, and referral programs
• Build and maintain active candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and workforce needs
• Screen resumes, conduct phone/zoom interviews, and assess candidate qualifications
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Extend offers and support successful onboarding of new hires
• Maintain accurate candidate records and workflows within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Develop and strengthen relationships with candidates, local communities, universities, and industry professionals
• Support employee engagement, retention, and training initiatives
• Stay informed on recruiting best practices, labor laws, and employment trends

Performance in this role will be measured by:

• Daily sourcing and candidate outreach activity
• Qualified candidate submissions
• Interview-to-hire conversion rates/
• Time-to-fill open positions
• Sales recruiting pipeline health
• Quality of hire and retention metrics
• ATS data accuracy and process compliance

• 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or related experience
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to proactively identify talent
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting technologies

• Previous experience recruiting sales professionals
• Familiarity with BambooHR is a plus
• Experience recruiting in technology or SaaS environments
