Responsibilities
  • Configure case management software using the built‑in administrative user interface, including forms, searches, and workflow.
  • Create business rules within the software using Groovy and Velocity.
  • Gather specifications for and review data conversion.
  • Actively work on document/report specification gathering, development, and review.
  • Conduct onsite administrative and user training and go‑live assistance.
  • Maintain Java fluency and knowledge of Windows Server‑based environments and networks.
  • Interface with REST and SOAP APIs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and knowledge of project management principles.
  • 3+ years of professional, full‑time experience querying relational databases, preferably TSQL or PL/SQL.
  • Proven experience as an Implementation Specialist, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands.
  • Knowledgeable on Microsoft SQL/Oracle databases, and report software such as Jasper or Crystal Reports, Microsoft SQL Reporting Services, Java, Groovy, and Velocity.
  • Demonstrated learning agility and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong client relationship skills and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to recognize basic procedural issues and appropriately escalating them.
  • Proficiency in the latest web technologies and working knowledge of various operating systems.
  • Excellent analytical, time‑management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Affinity for multitasking with precision.
  • Ability to travel to client sites.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
  • Industry knowledge in legal technology.
Location

Must be located in Logan, UT, or able to work in the office. The above statements describe the general nature and level of work being performed in this job function. Additional responsibilities may be assigned.

Compensation

Pay range: $75,000 – $85,000 USD per year (JTI Logan, USA).
