Our Team Lead in Operations is fundamental in Fox Pest Control s business. We rely on strong employee communication, leadership, and management skills to help the assigned Fox location run smoothly. The right candidate will become an ambassador of our culture, and have a desire to continue to learn and grow within Fox.

What a day in this role looks like

• Provide support to a team of 4-8 team members and assist dispatchers by training and addressing questions and concerns
• Ensure efficient operations and help the branch remain profitable through optimized technician routing and customer scheduling
• Support the Branch Operations Manager with training, feedback, and one-on-one coaching
• Assume select leadership and management duties to support overall branch performance

What we are looking for

• High School Diploma, some college preferred
• Minimum two years of experience in a related field preferred
• Experience with computer database systems/software
• Knowledge or the ability to quickly acquire knowledge of Pest Routes and routing methods to maximize efficiency
• Adapts quickly to changing priorities and manages stressful situations with professionalism and efficiency
• Growth mindset
• Positive and professional dress and demeanor
• Excellent communication skills, including reading and writing
• Genuine personality, confident in self, and in office and customer service skills
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
