We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead our service department operations. This role is responsible for driving profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence while developing a high‑performing service team. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with strong technical knowledge, a customer‑first mindset, and a proven track record in fixed operations.

• Oversee daily operations of the service department, including advisors, technicians, and support staff
• Drive service department profitability through effective labor, parts, and expense management
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and strong CSI performance
• Develop, train, and mentor service advisors and technicians
• Monitor and improve workflow efficiency, productivity, and quality control
• Ensure compliance with OEM standards, warranty policies, and safety regulations
• Handle customer concerns and escalations professionally and effectively
• Collaborate with Parts, Sales, and Management teams to support dealership goals
• Analyze performance metrics and implement process improvements

• 3–5+ years of automotive service management experience (CDJR experience preferred)
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team‑development skills
• Solid understanding of fixed operations KPIs, warranty administration, and service processes
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
