DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Professionally negotiate terms and price, lead times, and stocking levels.
- Process requisitions, research materials/supplies, clarify specifications, prepare and place purchase orders.
- Optimize material/inventory levels, flow, and delivery using MRPplanning/forecasting tools.
- Evaluate and build relationships with suppliers,maintaining at least two sources, reviewvendorscorecardswith suppliers annually.
- Proactivelyrespondto engineering changes to minimize obsolescenceandshortages.
- Manage RMAandCorrective actions from vendors
- Coordinate with accounting to compile and analyze statistical data for cost analysis and track current market pricing.
- Maintainaccuraterecords and prepare procurement reports
SKILLS:
- Bachelor or Associates degree in Operations-Supply Chainor equivalent experience.
- Technical aptitude working with drawings,specification sheets,dimensions,and custom engineered parts;
Bill of Materials;
MRP systems;continuous improvement;
Kanban;
Lean Manufacturing.
This is a full-time position with benefits. Compensation iscommensuratewithexperience.

This is an in-person job at our headquarters in Logan, Utah.
Work schedule is generally Monday-Friday8 AM – 5 PM.
