Cytiva Production Associate – Dry Powder Media Manufacturing (Logan, UT)
We are looking for a Production Associate for our Dry Powder Media Manufacturing department in Logan, Utah. The role is front‑line manufacturing: assembly, basic testing, packaging and shipping of products following GMP and standard operating procedures in a clean‑room environment.
What you will do:- Read and follow work policies, EHS, quality control inspections, schematics and verbal instructions. Maintain Good Documentation Practices.
- Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within deadlines.
- Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns; take immediate corrective action as required.
- Operate within process instructions, documentation control, non‑conforming and rework documentation. Ensure product conforms to its specifications. Enforce Stop Order, Concessions, ESD, Calibration, Preventative Maintenance, Material Identification & Segregation, and Good Documentation Practices.
- High School Diploma / GED or local equivalent.
- Ability to work well and communicate with team lead, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.
Frequently move, climb stairs and ladders; lift/carry/push or pull weights up to 50 lbs unassisted and occasionally greater. Wear protective equipment including clean‑room gowning, chemical‑resistant clothing, safety glasses/goggles. Frequently squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, turn, pivot and reach. Specific vision abilities required: close, distance, peripheral, depth perception and adjustment.
Preferred Experience:- 2 years related manufacturing experience.
- MS Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel).
