Primary Responsibilities
- Perform hourly quality check to verify the code, packaging, shrink wrap, and overall appearance of the product.
- Responsible for the operation of the secondary packaging equipment.
- Refer to the production book for information on the code, trays, and straws.
- Work in a fast paced production environment and exhibit a sense of urgency while maintaining excellent productivity goals and quality product.
- Responsible for cleaning one food contact area, rework cans, and all the non-food contact secondary packaging machines.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Demonstrate ability to read, write and speak in English.
- The individual must be willing to work as a team.
- The employee will also receive the training needed to succeed in this position.
- 1-2+ years experience in manufacturing environment or production.
- Basic computer skills.
- Grave Shift, Monday to Friday occasionally Weekends
- 11pm - 7:30 am
- Training pay starts at $19.55/Hour with a potential to reach $21.55/Hour after meeting all skill levels.
