Summary

According to customer and internal specifications, creates fabrication tools and documentation for PCB manufacturing.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ability to read, understand and follow written procedures and instructions in English.
  • Implements notes and instructions on PCB fabrication drawings, and meets quality requirements.
  • Inputs and analyzes incoming customer design data.
  • Creates photo‑tools, net lists, CNC files according to current production capabilities and methods.
  • Generates panelized tooling, coupons, AOI data, and PCB layout according to current quality procedures.
Essential Knowledge and Skills
  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two‑year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Knowledge of Frontline Genesis 2000 CAM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of TTM‑Logan software programs including Fast Trak.
  • Employees are required to certify to TTM‑Logan process QC #2310 (CAM) within 90 days after their hire or transfer date.
  • Ability to read blueprints; experience working with external customers; understanding of PCB manufacturing process.

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California‑based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
