Debox Operator; Day Shift

Primary responsibilities

• Must be responsible, Self-motivated and detail oriented.
• Must be able to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Must safely and efficiently operate forklifts and upload/Load trucks as needed.
• Must have the ability to learn and understand the cheese grading experience.
• Will help Debox Operators. Remove Cheese from packaging.
• Extra pay incentive for weekends work.
• Must be able to successfully complete a forklift certification test.
• Promptly Report all safety malfunctions on equipment.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work environment.
• Will be placed on an aggressive pay scale with upward potential based to quickly learn and understand the cheese aging and grading process.
• Will be trained to cover other forklift departments.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Candidates must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis. Will be required to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally.

• Day Shift, Monday to Thursday occasionally Fridays
• 6am to 6pm
• NO WEEKENDS!!

• Training pay starts at $19.10/Hour with a potential to reach $21.60/Hour after meeting all skill levels.
