Paint Spray Technician
The Paint Technician is responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing cabinet surfaces. This role ensures all products meet quality standards and customer expectations. You will work with a team to produce clean, consistent finishes on custom cabinetry.

Paint Spray Technician Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 20.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm)
- Prepare cabinet surfaces for finishing (sanding, cleaning, masking)
- Mix paints, stains, and coatings to meet color and finish requirements
- Apply finishes using spray equipment, rollers, or brushes
- Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and defects
- Touch up or rework surfaces as needed
- Maintain and clean spray booths, tools, and equipment
- Follow safety guidelines when working with paints and chemicals
- Keep work area organized and clean
- Communicate with team members and supervisors on production needs
Paint Spray Technician
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in painting, finishing, or cabinet work preferred
- Experience with spray equipment is a plus
- Ability to match colors and recognize finish quality
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and improve skills
