Job Description

• Provide instruction and guidance to employees and audit work processes and products to confirm production specifications are met.
• Maintain positive and effective relationships with employees. Direct employees to the appropriate manager regarding policy questions.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, policies and procedures. Report any problems, potential problems, hazardous situations to management.
• Inspect products and/or shipments to verify conformance to specifications.
• Review and approve machine set ups, production samples, and/or shipments as necessary.
• Identify and report opportunities for continual improvement.
• When necessary, attend production meetings and/or confer with other departments to coordinate production activities.
• Coordinate or perform training for new employees, contract workers, and/or guests to ensure safety, quality, and production requirements are understood.
• Ensure the “Quality Policy and Objectives” are understood and achieved.
• May provide oversight of work conducted by junior-level staff and/or review/audit work for accuracy.
• May update and maintain shift schedules in the time and attendance system, as well as enter attendance transactions.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 or more years of experience in a manufacturing/operations environment.
• Able to consistently apply applicable policies, procedures, regulations, and program objectives when carrying out the duties of the job.
• Proficient knowledge of technology including computers and software programs such as MS Office, MAC word processing, spreadsheets, or other programs specific to the job.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively across departments when completing assignments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize workload and make adjustments to meet business needs.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and rarely lift in excess of 50 pounds.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentages.
• Must be able to communicate and interact with a variety of internal/external customers and/or co-workers at the level of detail required to resolve issues.

10 hour Shift - B Shift - Tues-Fri, 5PM-3AM

Shift Differential: $1.25 per hour

The pay range for this role at the noted location is $21.40 per hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential.
