Manufacturing Team Member

We're a rapidly growing, B2B company in the quilting industry, and are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, hard-working, and reliable individuals for our production team! Hiring Multiple Candidates!

Hours are: 6am-4pm

• Feeding fabric into production machinery
• Assembling product
• Carrying out basic safety, quality, and testing checks
• Storing goods and raw materials properly in our warehouse
• Packing goods to be shipped
• Maintaining work areas and equipment

• Our ideal candidate will not necessarily have production experience but possess a get-it-done attitude
• Abide by mandatory safety and quality procedures
• Be able to do simple math and counting
• Be able to lift 30+ lbs and stand for long periods of time
• Keep their workstation clean and organized
• Work with other team members efficiently and effectively

We're looking for someone with exuberance and a spirit of entrepreneurship! Need to be detail-oriented, follow instructions carefully, and maintain standards of safety and quality. Pay is negotiable, $13 to $16 per hour, depending on experience. We'd love to have you on our team!
