Production Flour Mill Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 23.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Monday through Saturday from 07:00am to 04:00pm)

We are seeking a dependable, safety-focused Production Flour Mill Operator who:

• Operates and monitors milling equipment
• Completes quality checks, maintains clean work areas, and supports safe, efficient flour production.

Production Flour Mill Operator

Qualifications:

• Production, manufacturing, food processing, warehouse, or equipment-operation experience preferred.
• Basic math, computer, and mechanical skills.
• Ability to follow written instructions and safety procedures.
• Dependable attendance and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, climb stairs and ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
