** Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $16.00 per hour*
* ** Shift: 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM Mon to Thursday*

** What's a typical day as Production Technician I? You'll be:*
* + Manufacturing, assembling, and/or packaging Bio Process Containers in a cleanroom environment

+ Following all safety requirements, cGMP standards, work instructions, SOPs, and blueprints/drawings related to assembly, materials handling, equipment operation, and packaging

+ Accurately recording production data and documentation

+ Inspecting in-process and finished products for quality

+ Participating in Lean, 5S, and Continuous Improvement activities

+ Assisting with training and mentoring team members

+ Adhering to daily production schedules

** This job might be an outstanding fit if you:*
* + Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

+ Bring strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

+ Possess good verbal and written communication skills

+ Can follow complex procedures and adhere to Good Manufacturing Principles

+ Have 2 years of production experience (preferred, but not required)

+ Thrive in a team environment and can adapt to fast-paced work

+ Are able to work in a controlled cleanroom with specific PPE and gowning requirements

+ Can stand, reach, bend, stoop, grasp, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods

+ Are able to infrequently lift and move up to 40 pounds
