Chief Marketing Officer - CMO

We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer for an exciting new mobile app. The right candidate for this position is both highly analytical and creative. They have an extensive proven track record in the tech industry.

• 5-10 years experience in similar field.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, English or related field.
• 2-5 years experience with lead management tools like Marketo, Eloqua, or similar.
• Budget and program management skills, with attention to detail and analytics.
• Experience creating and executing ROI-driven marketing campaign and lead generation programs, including but not limited to email, website, PPC, SEO, etc.
• Proven experience in developing trusted relationships with sales organizations and the ability to present persuasively to various stakeholders.
• Ability to balance, prioritize and deliver excellent results under tight deadlines.
• Experienced in building, managing and inspiring a marketing team.
• Must be detail-oriented and task-driven with good time management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills. Has the ability to define and communicate issues and opportunities at all levels of the organization.
• Hands‑on self‑disciplined worker that will thrive in a fast‑paced start‑up and contribute to the marketing team.

• Wears multiple hats, i.e.. be an analytical genius as well as an outside of the box thinker.
