The Aggie Blue Bikes Trainer orients the incoming Program Coordinator to the operations and administration of Aggie Blue Bikes, starting in July for training.
Responsibilities- Orients new program coordinator to shop space, storage spaces, USU Facilities, and USU Center for Community Engagement
- Introduces new program coordinator to key colleagues, campus partners, and community partners
- Trains new program coordinator in program budgeting, HR processes, cash handling, fleet maintenance, bicycle maintenance, bike rental system, supplies ordering system, and vendor accounts
- Orients new program coordinator to Aggie Blue Bikes' signature events and to the space‑reservation and marketing approval processes needed to stage events
- Discusses strategic direction of Aggie Blue Bikes and ideas for future programming and collaborations
- Thorough knowledge of operations of Aggie Blue Bikes, including Service Now, Aggie Time, and other platforms
