This onsite position is part of the Large Volume Liquid Volume Manufacturing department located in Logan, Utah. At Cytiva, our vision is to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

• Read and follow work policies, procedures, EHS, Quality Control inspections, GMPs, and Good Documentation Practices, and respond to verbal instructions regarding duties.
• Complete all scheduled Quality & Compliance training within defined deadlines.
• Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.
• Apply knowledge of production process, work instructions, documentation configuration control, and non-conforming/rework documentation requirements to ensure product specification compliance.
• Comply with Stop Order, Concessions, ESD, Calibration, Preventative Maintenance, Material Identification & Segregation, and Good Documentation Practices related to the position.

• High School Diploma, GED, or local equivalent.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills with team lead, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.

• Frequently move, climb stairs and ladders, lift, carry, push or pull weights up to 50 lbs unassisted and occasionally lift heavier weights with assistance.
• Wear protective equipment including clean room gowning, chemical‑resistant clothing, safety glasses/goggles.
• Frequently squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, turn, pivot and reach; use hands and fingers to grasp, clamp, move, handle and feel small objects.
• Specific vision abilities required: close, distance, peripheral, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus on objects.

• At least 2 years of related manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
