Cafeteria Monitor​/Cleaner

Job Summary

Logan City School District is now accepting applications for a Cafeteria Monitor/Cleaner (Child Nutrition Services Worker). This position supports daily food service operations at the assigned school location. The CNS Worker plays a key role in preparing and serving meals to students and/or school personnel while ensuring that cafeteria and food service areas are maintained in a safe, clean, and sanitary condition.

• Assist with the preparation and serving of food items to students and school staff
• Monitor cafeteria areas during meal service to ensure orderly and safe operations
• Clean and sanitize food service equipment, serving areas, and dining spaces
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Provide general support to food service activities as assigned

• Ability to work effectively with students and school staff
• Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Dependable and able to perform assigned duties during scheduled hours
• Prior food service experience is helpful but not required

Contract Term: 2025–2026 School Year
Hours: 4 hours per day, 10:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Salary: $15.96 per hour
