Retail Associate/ Customer Service, Retail Support
Position Summary
Ensure and maintain the area of responsibility in accordance with company policies and procedures by handling returns, zoning, arranging merchandise, and identifying shrink and damage.
Provide member service by maintaining exit areas, reviewing receipts, acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving issues within the self‑checkout area.
Secure and safeguard club assets by observing potential criminal activity, maintaining logs, executing emergency response procedures, and ensuring security and safety compliance.
Train Member Frontline Service associates on company processes, new technology and tools, and program rollout, providing continuous learning opportunities.
Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards; implement action plans using the Open Door Policy.
Complete work assignments and priorities, collaborate with managers, coworkers, and customers, set priorities, meet deadlines, communicate progress, and recommend improvement opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications- Retail experience, including operating front‑end equipment (e.g., cash register).
- Experience working with mobile retail applications.

$18.00 to $26.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage for the location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
