Customer Service Associate

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and a vital part of our customer service team. Your role is to ensure a fantastic experience for each and every one of our valued customers.

In this position, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, managing cash and credit transactions, restocking shelves, and keeping the store clean and welcoming. We are searching for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting.

• Welcome customers warmly and professionally.
• Operate cash registers and handle various payment transactions.
• Process payments efficiently and provide accurate change.
• Restock shelves with merchandise regularly.
• Receive, unpack, and store incoming products.
• Monitor inventory levels and order new stock as necessary.
• Assist customers in product selection and address their inquiries.
• Keep the store clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer complaints with politeness and professionalism.
• Follow all store opening and closing procedures.

• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Experience with cash handling and balancing a register.
• Ability to operate retail equipment, including scanners and money order machines.
• Ability to thrive in a busy environment.
• Capability to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.
• Proficient in stocking and rotating merchandise.
• Basic math skills for transactions.
• Effective communication skills with both customers and colleagues.
• Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
