Overview

We are looking for friendly, outgoing individuals to join our team as Clothing Sales Associates at our Logan store. As a member of the Al’s team, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive shopping experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a positive customer experience through friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service.
  • Assist customers on the sales floor and in fitting rooms with sizing, styling, and product selection.
  • Build and apply product knowledge to provide accurate recommendations on apparel and accessories.
  • Help customers locate merchandise, sizes, and styles quickly and efficiently.
  • Answer questions and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure accurate communication of pricing, promotions, and product information.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
  • Support merchandising, restocking, and display maintenance efforts.
  • Stay informed on current fashion trends, seasonal products, and brand knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to support store goals and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

Required

  • Comfortable engaging with customers and initiating conversations.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to provide accurate information on products, pricing, and promotions.
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs.
Helpful
  • Previous retail or customer service experience.
  • Interest in fashion, apparel, or active/outdoor lifestyles.
  • Familiarity with premium clothing brands and current trends.
  • Experience working in specialty retail or apparel sales.
