Personal Shopper - Sam's

Position Summary

Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and working to meet Membership goals.

• Maintain facility safety by following all safety standards, procedures and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to management.
• Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices, securing items until members arrive, and following up on out‑of‑stock merchandise.
• Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers and other business partners to identify priorities, deadlines and expectations, carry out tasks, communicate progress and recommend improvement opportunities.
• Provide member service by acknowledging the member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the company’s products and services.
• Comply with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity, implementing related action plans and applying the Open Door Policy.
• Act with integrity and serve customers and members by delivering results, making decisions based on reliable information, balancing short‑ and long‑term priorities, and considering the impact on the team’s ability to deliver on our purpose.

Hourly wage range: $18.00 to $26.00. Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed.
