As a Flower Merchandiser, you will have direct impact on every store you visit, ensuring that our flowers are perfectly displayed to delight every shopper.

At Falcon Farms, we value quality, commitment, and, above all, our team. We will provide you with all the tools you need, including a planned route, to ensure success on every visit.

• Pay: $16.00 per hour.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday from 7:00am to 10:00am.
• Paid training to become an expert in flower handling.

As our Flower Merchandiser, you will be the face of Falcon Farms in each store and collaborate directly with our clients. You will have the opportunity to work independently while collaborating with local teams to create unforgettable displays and optimize inventory.

• Daily commitment: ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support during festive seasons: during key dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, we will need you to ensure each store is prepared for the festive demand.
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Work independently while providing support to teammates with special activities when needed.

• Must be able to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Must be able to bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulders.
• Must walk and stand for most of the shift.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Must have reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Must have internet access and a smartphone.
• Must be available to work during peak season (November to May).
