You will be responsible for the stocking, rotation, and merchandising of fruits and vegetables while maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards. Stock, rotate, and maintain fresh produce displays, ensuring quality, freshness, and appearance.
Monitor product levels and replenish as needed throughout the day.
Inspect produce for signs of spoilage, damage, or quality concerns, removing unsellable items promptly.
Set up and break down produce displays and promotional signage.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary department, including coolers, prep areas, and display cases.
Assist guests by answering questions, offering product suggestions, and locating items.
Prepare value-added items such as cut fruit or packaged produce items when needed.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines as outlined in company training.
Assist in receiving and unloading deliveries, checking for accuracy and quality.
Support team members and leadership in achieving department goals and standards.
