Position: Outside Sales Representative - Internal Only

Overview

We’re looking for motivated, energetic individuals to join our team as door‑to‑door pest control sales representatives. This is a high‑earning opportunity for people who enjoy working outside, meeting new people, and being rewarded for their effort.

In this role, you’ll speak to homeowners, educate them about pest problems in their area, and offer effective pest control solutions. No prior experience is required—we provide training and support to help you succeed!

Responsibilities
  • Complete all sales duties, including, but not limited to, Service Agreement Completion, accurate inspections, and follow up on previous estimates.
  • Inspect homes for pests and recommend appropriate pest control solutions and preventative maintenance.
  • Collaborate with our Customer Service Center, Inside Sales team, and Technicians to create more opportunities.
  • Work with the Branch Manager to identify revenue streams and enhance our services.
  • Create proposals to address existing pest issues while suggesting additional services.
  • Follow up on past proposals to secure sales.
  • Utilize your industry knowledge and sales skills to generate leads, conduct outreach, and close deals.
  • Create and implement strategic plans to target key markets and achieve sales objectives. Continuously evaluate and refine strategies to maximize success.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. Leverage this information to identify opportunities and position our services effectively.
  • Track and report on sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress. Provide accurate forecasts and updates to management.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our pest control products and services. Educate clients on our offerings and demonstrate how they meet their specific needs.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Local travel required within your territory or state.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Ability to perform the essential job functions.
  • Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly to build relationships and promote outstanding customer service.
  • Conduct door-to-door sales visits to prospective customers, presenting our premium pest control offer.
  • Negotiate, handle objections, and close deals while maintaining a high-reputation customer experience.
  • Track daily success metrics and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet company driving standards.
  • Maintain our culture and company standards in every interaction.
  • Positive attitude and resilience.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Comfortable walking and working outdoors.
