As a direct sales representative, you'll go business to business offering supplemental insurance benefits to companies in your area. • Weekly base draw pay with uncapped commission and regular bonuses
• Comprehensive training, both in-field and classroom-based
• State licensing support and full fee reimbursement
• A collaborative team culture and tools like a built-in CRM to support your growth

• 4+ years of professional work experience, some sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and coachable

• Job Type: Full-time Independent Contractor
• Pay Range: $70,000 to $90,000 per year (based on performance)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday with flexibility for additional work when desired
• Work Location: In-person, business-to-business
