Text My Gov  is on a mission to modernize the way government agencies connect with their communities through smart texting software solutions. We have over 1,200 customers nationwide and are growing!

• First‑year expected income: $65K-$85K+ and second‑year income: $80K-$100K+
• Uncapped Commissions: 40% on all closed deals + commission
• 6 month and 12 month $5,000 bonuses upon meeting conditions
• Additional monthly top‑performer bonuses

• Own the full sales cycle. From cold call to close, you’ll help local governments transform communication
• Make 60-90 daily calls to cities and counties, set up virtual demos, and close deals with decision‑makers
• Run Zoom demos that show the benefits of our software
• Use tools like Pipedrive to organize and track KPIs
• Collaborate with experienced sales leaders who are invested in your success

• You’ve done cold calling or outbound sales
• You’re confident on Zoom and know how to run a demo
• Experience with CRMs is a plus (we use Pipedrive)
• You’re eager, coachable, and ready to grow
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• You’re competitive, resilient, and energized by hitting goals
