PAY- $50,000+ annual salary, depending on experience

Built in 2008, the Riverwoods Campus is Cache Valley's largest and most dynamic hospitality destination, encompassing the Riverwoods Conference Center, Elements Restaurant, and Towne Place Suites and Spring Hill Suites by Marriott. We host everything from corporate events to weddings and quinceañeras, and our success starts with our people. This position is full‑time, Monday through Friday, with very occasional weekend or evening events.
YOUR DAYThis is not an account maintenance role. It's an opportunity for someone who's motivated to build, win, and make a real impact. In this position, you'll take full ownership of your market segments with the autonomy to grow them your way, while confidently prospecting, pitching, and closing new business without the need for hand-holding. You'll build genuine, lasting client relationships that drive repeat revenue and long‑term partnerships, all while managing a clean, organized pipeline and actually enjoying the process of moving deals forward.
Working closely with operations, you'll help deliver seamless client experiences from the first conversation through execution. If you're driven by results, you'll thrive in consistently hitting and exceeding revenue goals, while keeping a strong pulse on your performance through weekly activity reporting.
- Degree in Hospitality or Sales OR 2+ years hotel and/or conference center experience
- Experience in cold outreach, networking, and negotiation
Strong communication skills - able to lead discovery conversations over the phone and follow through with clear, professional email communication. - Ability to present yourself professionally
