• On the sales floor, use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options; your drive and passion for helping people will shine.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9 am – 9 pm, including weekends; monthly seniority‑based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
• Adapt to a fast‑paced environment; stay flexible and open to change to keep up with evolving technology and customer needs.
• Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus; no sales experience? Training and coaching will be provided to help you exceed goals.

Hourly pay ranges from $16.57 to $20.45, plus $13,700+ in commission if all sales goals are met. Uncapped commission opportunities allow top sellers to earn $62,460 per year. Individual starting salary may vary by geography, experience, expertise, and education or training.
