Overview
We re seeking a director of sales who is motivated to help our busy Logan hotels (Home2 Suites and Hampton Inn & Suites) meet sales targets. You will be responsible for developing our sales strategy and revenue objectives, training and assessing our sales staff, and ensuring the creation of new and recurring business across hotel sectors.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategy to meet revenue objectives for Logan hotels (Home2 Suites and Hampton Inn & Suites).
- Lead, train, and evaluate the sales team to achieve targets and maintain high performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across diverse hotel segments to drive occupancy and revenue.
- 5+ years of sales experience in hospitality or a related industry.
- Proven leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
