• Prep and install the flooring in steps according to company procedures with high attention to detail and care
• Keep tools organized and clean and maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Understand the scope of work of the project before arriving and familiarize yourself with the project file
• Properly handle company machinery and power tools
• Know units of measurement and be able to complete simple math calculations
• Interact with customers in a friendly and polite manner; be trustworthy and comfortable in a customer’s home
• Ensure high‑quality company standards are met every time
• Work to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with every aspect of the job
• Job requires travel throughout the week

• 5 years in flooring installation
• Valid driver’s license and functioning vehicle
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly
• Position requires repetitive crouching, squatting, standing, walking and lifting
• Position travels to various work locations throughout the week
• Must be licensed and insured or able to obtain proper licensing and insurance
• Must possess all necessary trade tools (wet saw, grinder, mixer, etc.) and have a work truck, van or SUV with trailer
• All installers and helpers must pass a criminal background check
