Position OverviewJM Mechanical is hiring anHVAC Controls Apprenticeto assist with the installation and startup of low-voltage control systems on commercial projects.
This is a great opportunity for individuals withlow-voltage wiring experience who want to build a career inHVAC controls and building automation.
Key Responsibilities- Install conduit, raceways, and low-voltage cabling
- Mount and wire control devices (sensors, relays, etc.)
- Assist with system startup, testing, and verification
- Follow project plans, schedules, and safety standards
- Complete daily reports and documentation
- Experience with low-voltage wiring in construction is required
- Ability to work independently and on a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Travel Per Diem
- Paid Travel Time
