Senior Fullstack Developer

Altruan is a growing trading and logistics company based in Massing (Rottal-Inn). We operate a fully automated Auto Store warehouse, sell through more than ten marketplaces and own shops, and our SaaS landscape (Weclapp, Shopify, Marketplaces, Pulpo WMS, Pulse WCS, MongoDB, Azure) is connected, automated, and controllable with our own web interfaces by an internal team.

The work is true fullstack: behind the Python/Azure layer that holds everything together, the React/Type Script interfaces — internal dashboards, a role-based management cockpit, operational tools for the warehouse, and adjustments to our shop frontends. We are looking for an experienced senior who will shape this critical integration, automation, and interface layer — technically, architecturally, and in mentoring a willing team.

What you can expect

• Build the backbone: You will be responsible for the Python/Azure Functions landscape that holds our SaaS world together — from marketplace APIs to our ERP (Weclapp) to warehouse automation.
• Deliver interfaces (fullstack): You will build and maintain our React/Type Script frontends — internal management cockpit with role-based views, marketplace and warehouse dashboards, operational tools — and intervene in the shop frontends if necessary. End-to-end means literally: from the API endpoint to the UI that someone in the warehouse or administration really uses.
• Continue Pulse WCS: Our warehouse control system (Python, Auto Store connection) has a clear product roadmap. You will take over responsibility for it.
• Increase operational maturity: We have functioning code — but room for clean patterns:
  Infrastructure-as-Code (Bicep/Terraform), structured logging in Application Insights, CI/CD, Mono-Repo structures, workflow orchestration.
• Mentoring: You will work closely with our development team. Coaching, code reviews, and knowledge transfer — backend and frontend — are part of the job.
• Shape the architecture: With every new machine, every new marketplace, every new SaaS tool, and every new interface, you will sit at the solution architecture.

What you bring

Mandatory:

• Several years of senior experience (at least 5 years) in Python for productive systems
• Solid experience with Type Script/React in productive applications — real components, state management, API connection (not just reading ability)
• Deep cloud knowledge in Azure (or comparable AWS/GCP):
  Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault, Application Insights
• API integration with OAuth, Webhooks, idempotence, Retry/Backoff, Rate-Limiting
• Infrastructure-as-Code (Bicep or Terraform)
• CI/CD (Git Hub Actions or Azure Dev Ops)
• Experience with MongoDB / No
  
  SQL and at least one SQL database
• Willingness to work on-site in Massing (commuting or relocation readiness) — this is non-negotiable because we physically maintain warehouse and machine systems
• Sophisticated use of modern AI coding tools (we work a lot with Claude/Cursor)

Highly desirable:

• Founded web development practice: modern frontend patterns, component-/design-systems, build-tooling (Vite/Next.js), clean connection of REST-/GraphQL-APIs
• Contact points with Industrial IT, logistics software, MES/SPS worlds or warehouse automation (Auto Store experience is a big plus)
• Experience in mentoring junior and student teams
• Pragmatism instead of architecture dogma — we like working code more than perfect diagrams

Bonus:

• Sense for UI/UX and data visualization (dashboards, charts, operational cockpits)
• Event-driven / workflow orchestration (Durable Functions, Temporal, Prefect)
