We are hiring a Program/Account Manager
, who is local to Logansport, IN, to lead end-to-end execution of automotive electronic product programs, owning timelines, NPI launches, customer relationships, and the quotation process to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. This role partners cross-functionally and supports business growth by driving operational excellence, risk mitigation, and alignment across internal teams, customers, and vendors.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline is a plus.
- At least 2 years of project/program management experience leading complex technology projects, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Desire and enthusiasm to grow existing accounts and win more business within existing accounts.
- Experience in the quoting process is a plus.
- Excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and written/oral communication skills up to and including C-Level communication.
- Strong critical thinking and business curiosity.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills, detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Electronics manufacturing background is a plus.
Required to be 100% onsite, with minimal travel annually (3-4x per year).
