OB/GYN Physician Locums Job Clinic + Call Locums Job Indiana

Details/Requirements of Assignment:
Active Indiana license
EMR: EPIC
Full time clinic and call requirement
Clinic will be Monday - Friday and provider will be on call after clinic (not during)
Clinic hours are 8A-5P
24-hour call on the weekends
Call schedule 1:4
Around 15-22 PPD in the clinic
500 to 600 births per year
15 exam rooms
Support: mixture of LPNs and CMAs. There is one RN in the clinic.
3 OBGYNs in group
Procedure proficiency in: low to high risk pregnancy, FHR interpretation, OB ultrasounds, routine delivery, c-sections, repair of 3rd and 4th degree lacerations, office/minor gyn (IUD, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, leep, etc.), surgical gyn (laparoscopic diagnostic/minor and operative/major)
