Job Title: Part‑Time Driver

Location: Chase Center Rehabilitation and Nursing Services, Logansport, IN

Shifts Available: Part‑Time | PRN, Days, M‑F

Chase Center Rehabilitation and Nursing Services is seeking a responsible Part‑Time Driver to support our residents by transporting them safely to and from medical appointments, dialysis, and other necessary destinations. This role is essential in ensuring our residents receive timely access to their healthcare and other essential services. CNA certification is preferred to provide additional support and care as needed during transport.

• Drive the facility vehicle to transport residents safely to scheduled destinations.
• Assist residents with entering and exiting the vehicle, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Escort residents to and from physician appointments, dialysis, and other necessary appointments as required.

• Valid driver’s license in the state of Indiana with a clean driving record.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor, with a strong commitment to resident safety and comfort.
