Job Details:
The Inventory Controller is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records by tracking and verifying all products produced, shipped, and stored. This role ensures the accuracy of product counts, product codes, and storage locations on a daily basis. The team member will utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications to manage inventory and support operational processes. Work is performed in temperatures ranging from
-10°F to 40°F inside the facility, with exposure to seasonal weather conditions outdoors. Team members are encouraged to dress appropriately for these conditions
The successful candidate must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Job Duties- Maintain a flexible schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, and all assigned shifts.
- Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 110 lbs.
- Perform physical activities including standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching throughout the shift.
- Complete basic data‑entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word), to support departmental documentation and reporting.
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Work in a cold, damp, and humid environment as required.
- 2 months' of work history with the same employer.
- Production experience in a meat processing facility is preferred.
- Relocation assistance is not available.
