B Shift Production Operator - Logansport Plant (New Hires Only) August 2026

Job Title

The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the position with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Set up, operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment used in manufacturing and packaging processes, including equipment used to produce boxes and packaging materials.
• Ensure equipment is operating efficiently and report equipment issues, malfunctions, or quality concerns to supervision.
• Transport, move, load, unload, and stage materials, products, supplies, and packaging components throughout the production process.
• Perform routine production tasks in accordance with established work instructions and production schedules.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, knives, saws, and other production, processing, or material-handling equipment, as required and qualified for the position.
• Inspect products, packaging, and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Follow all food safety, quality assurance, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Complete required documentation, production records, equipment checks, and safety reports accurately and timely.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.

The work environment may include exposure to hot, cold, humid, and production-related conditions.

Requirements:

2 Months' work history with the same employer. Production experience in a meat processing facility is preferred.
