Title: Occupational Health Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Logansport, IN 46947
Duration: 3-Month Assignment (Potential for Extension)
Shifts:
- Schedule 1: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Monday–Thursday & Saturday)
- Schedule 2: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Tuesday–Friday & Saturday)
Provide nursing care for occupational and non-occupational conditions, including emergency care, stabilization, and minor first aid treatment. Conduct post-offer health assessments for new hires. Complete and maintain accurate nursing documentation while ensuring confidentiality of employee health records. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements- Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
- Preferred:
Minimum 2 years of occupational health nursing experience
